Does anybody ever go a day without using anything? I personally think it does a body of hair good to just let it air dry and use nothing for a day. No tools of any kind and no products at all. Just let it hang and dry on its own. Once a month, I will do this to kind of give myself a break from everything I use. However, I never stop the Hairfinity pills of course! By the time I go back to styling my hair I find it stronger and in better condition. How about you Ladies?

I have. I just washed and conditioned my hair last night. It usually takes me 10 hours to wash and condition my hair, now it only takes me three and a half hours. Loving my hair and loving life!

No Laughing I am dead serious.

It took 3 hours for me to shampoo and condition. Then, I would blow dry my hair with a concentrator, and follow that with a flat iron process, which would fill up the remaining seven hours. Yeah, my hair was more damaged then, and I really did not know what I was doing. Plus, I was too stubborn to seek professional help.

This is why I make sure that anyone who is really interested in going natural, I appoint them in the right direction because I have been on the end with no end, and trust me, that is a dark road.

Much better! I can actually finger comb my hair without wincing Laughing

It is one thing to be informed about a product, but to be educated? Well, that is a whole different ball game.

That's why I called it Hair Education because you know what to look for contrary to one product.
