Does anyone have a nourishing shampoo that's natural? If you make it yourself can you share your secret?

I cannot answer this one, Arrow. Then, that would be giving away one of my secrets to the relaxer challenge. Wink

Oh, but the link that you posted on the other day has great recipes. Here is a great recipe I found at Carefair.com

It is one of my favs!

It is located in the third paragraph.

Here is another tip

No, I am comfortable with sharing. It is just that since you accepted my challenge, I cannot give you any hair recipes because that would give you leverage over others who wish to accept the challenge as well.

There are 25 more days remaining since the date you have given me. If no one else signs onto the Relaxer Challenge, you automatically win by default.

Yes, you get all the advice that you want about natural hair care, including specific hair regimens and recipes after you have complete the challenge.
On May 26th, 2009, you have the option to either PM me photos of your natural hair or write a 100-200 word response about your natural hair journey. Trust me, I will keep you informed to good sites, but I would rather save the best for last.

Good Luck!

Arrow, it is only a struggle if you make it. I will continually refer you to credible sites while you are on your natural hair journey. The most frustration part about this process is babysitting your strands. They are in the transitioning phase as we speak, which is the next to weakest stage of hair durability, the first being your hair (relaxed or natural) in a wet state.

I hear that but what I mean by struggle is the search for better and healthier answers. Thank you for the sites too I am trying to learn as much as I can from them.
