Do you add anything to your conditoner? I add Garlic when I find that I am going through shedding. What do you add?

Kerryann you can use it in powder or oil form too. Garlique is the pills. I used the pills for 5 days at a time.

okay with my cantu rinse out conditioner i used the garlic powder and egg for protein and thinning! i leave it on for a couple hours and rinse it then i put in a deep conditioner that i let stay in overnight! then the following day i cold rinse the deep conditioner out. So, so far so good!

i had the same question,!!! im really new to this, so using garlic prevents shedding?? and i saw the someone wrote that the use garlic powder, now is that regular garlic powder,,,,,u kno, from the kitchen,,,lol,,,? seriously,,i need to kno! THANKS
