Has anyone had a hair analysis and if yes, was it easy to understand and what did you learn from it?

Yes... I had the hair analysis and that didn't tell me anything that I already didn't know about my hair. I think what it boils down to is figuring out your body and how it operates because it play a major part in hair health and hair growth. Like myself, I could never get my hair to grow past shoulder length. I realized that because I have a poor diet and do not exercise as often as I should, my hair is weak. So....I know I need to adjust that, add some vitamins and stop wearing my hair down so much. Now I'm a little past shoulder length, by just wearing it an a protective style while I'm trying to eat healthier.....cuz that might take a lil while!
