This stuff really works on your hair and restores the ph balance to your hair

1/4 cup of acv
1 cup of water
use after you wash and condition your hair and pour the acv in to your towel blotted hair or t-shirt blotted and sit for 5 minutes and rinse. Allow to air dry completely and style as usual(smell will leave hair when hair is completely dry)

I agree with you, diva. I ance tried the access rinse in past bit you have to make sure that you are using the Braggs brand and not a bottom shelf brand or you will not have the same results.

Braggs is more organic and contains the "mother" which is the residue seen at the bottle of the bottle.

I do ACV rinses at least once a month, to help seal my cuticles and clarify my scalp. I lovvve them

It is possible that most any kind of ACV will work but Braggs as others have said is known to be the best ACV and is organic.

Here is a link to Braggs ACV http://bragg.com/products/bragg-organic-apple-cider-vinegar.html

Also here is an explanation of the "mother" in Braggs ACV from their website:

"What is the nature of the Mother?

The mother is the dark, cloudy substance in the ACV formed from naturally occurring pectin and apple residues - it appears as molecules of protein connected in strand-like chains. The presence of the mother shows that the best part of the apple has not been destroyed. Vinegars containing the mother contain enzymes and minerals that other vinegars may not contain due to overprocessing, filtration and overheating."

Hi Adrz:

If you can I would buy the Braggs if not at least try to buy an organic kind. I live in Florida so you can find Braggs in Whole Foods and I do believe they sell it at Publix as well and another place called Fresh Market. You will most likely find it at health food supermarkets like Whole Foods. I have also used Whole Foods 365 Organic brand of ACV which I think was good as well. I donít really use ACV for my hair I take two tbsps of it in a glass of water a day on and off for cholesterol and blood pressure. It also gives you energy and people are said to lose weight by consuming it.
