Today I cowashed my hair and I still have the conditioner in my hair..Its been in for a hour or so..I used the Suave conditioner and it doesnt say when to take it out on the back of the bottle..Im wondering is this okay?? Now it has dried and my hair is soft and curly Smile..this is hair is really beginning to get on my nerves I want Healthy, Long Hair but all this moisturizing conditioning and extra other stuff is getting to me.. Confused...I just dont know what to do anymore..Its to hot to be worried about some hair and I havent even put any oil in my hair at all today because Ill be washing this conditioner out tomorrow putting my phony pony back in.

You must remember that leaving a conditioner in the hair that isn't meant to be left in can be detremental to the health of your hair over time.I would say rinse it out after three minutes which is standard on most conditioners.

I hear you girl.I had began using the Kimmaytube buffering technique (using shampoo and conditioing simutaneously) and the first two times were cool just took more time.I was getting upset with the length of time it was taking to get the feel and look that I like my hair to be.It takes time and this is a journey. As we investigate overtime we will discover short cuts to gain our length without all the fuss.

I cowashed my hair the other day with Aussie Moist and Perfect Results conditioner.I left the conditioner in for only three minutes and it turned out so soft and silky. This goes to show that you never want to overcondition the hair.Over conditioning can lead to limp lifeless hair from being overly moisturized.

I know how you feel...it takes a lot to keep hair moisturized and healthy. I don't like having to co wash and deep condition so often but because my hair loves it, I do it. Sacrifice made for long hair
