okay so i would like to know what vitamin supplements promote hair growth and thickness ?


can any of you ladies give me a list of some .. pleasee Laughing



i would lovee to buy another bottle of hairfinity but i donnt have $ 30 dollars right now Crying or Very sad lol

Biotin (start of with a low dosage like 1,000 MCG then work your way up)
MSM
Super B Comlex
and a Multi Vitamin

These are all inexpensive, can be found at Walmart and will help with thickness and growth.

Yes, I heard great things about B5(Pantothenic Acid) I took it for like 2 months, but for me I didn't see much of a difference. Because it's a B-Vitamin...I just stuck with Super B-Complex which has B-5 in it.

i take b complex also... i just started about a month ago so idk yet... mine taste like peanut butter or something... idk.. lol

Even though you're probably not pregnant. Prenatal pills are good. or any multi vitamin. I breastfeed so I still take my prenatals and they keep my hair healthy even when I'm not breastfeeding or pregnant. of course I get mine from the doctor but GNC sells them. Good luck!
