Hello Everyone Very Happy
I have been on the pills for only 3 days now and I'm looking to continue till I reach my goal. My hair is thick but my strands are really fine. I have about 3 inches of thin ends that I'm working on too. My plan is to gain 2 inches by July which will put me right above BSL. I also plan to slowly trim away the thin ends as I grow my hair out.
I will post a comparison shot in two months.

Hey Krissy welcome to the forum! Please keep us posted with your results.Just so you know,I heard that it is normal that as the hair gains a certain amount of length its normal for the ends to appear thinner since the strands are at least 2 to 3 years old by the time they are growing out that long so,they will be ready to shed naturally eventually. The only thing you really would need to worry about is excessive looking thiness...like it someone could look at the back of your hair and just see your tee shirt straight through it then you have a prob lol...u look cool girl.

your hair is beautiful. maybe its me, but it seems that a lot of people here, already have long hair and are looking for more length. I suggest that everyone here that is APL & longer donate 1 inch of hair to me. Very Happy

Who's first???

Thanks for the comments ladies and more are appreciated!
*What I'm doing right now is 90%protective styling ( half wig, bun, french twist)
*Shampoo and condition about every 5 days( I use Skala and Joico)
*Seal ends after air dying (Argan oil or Ghee Butter)
*Limited Heat and never use heat on dirty hair (except my bangs)
*Trimming about every two months as the hair grows out to thicken my ends up (Im a self trimmer)
*Relax every 8 to 9 weeks at the salon ( Syntonics or Mizani)

Ghee is a Ayurvedic remedy for dry hair. It is clarified butter that is used for cooking, skin, and hair. It can be found at your local Indian Market.

krissyprissy hey i checked out that self trim system im surely gonna order it,but i want to know if you have some one do it for u like they did in the video?id think its kinda tricky doing the trimming for the back of your hair to be straight,on your own.i think id need someone to put my hair in the clip ,pull it down, then do the trimming straight across for me.
