I have used it before but i was too messy for me. It made my hair feel like protein was applied so i have to use a moisturizing conditioner afterwards.

Allow me to answer that one. It feels like straw. Too much protein is never a good thing, especially if your hair really doesn't need it. If you are striving to place 3-4 eggs on your hair, 9 times out of 10, you need to add just that amount to your diet intake.

I've used it. Definetly aids in hair growth, elasticity, and not to mention color.
