If garlic in my conditioner, and garlic pills, and deep conditioning and protein treatments aren't helping my shedding, does anyone have any other suggestions? I had this thinning spot on my crown that grew out with MN, now it's back and nothing seems to be working this time, including MN!

Hey Nel I am so sorry to hear this but all is not lost. The first thing I would suggest is to check with a dermatologist. Sometimes we can become allergic to certain foods, medication and even hair oils. If all is good then I suggest you stop using everything. You will begin to use your products one at a time for a week each. During that week you take note on your hair like if you see more hair in your brush, shedding etc. So before I go on I suggest you fist check witht he derm dr and please get back to me.

I was about to say the same. If your doing all that and it's doing that, then maybe you need to check your diet. What you eat does affect your hair growth. I know, it affected me. Shocked

Thanks ladies! I think I do need to go to a dermatologist. This seems to happen about once a year, right around this time.
