I just recently bought Aloe Vera juice, jojoba oil, and extra virgin coconut oil from Vitamin Shoppe. Iím trying to make a pre-poo to help with thin hair and also growth. I read that castor oil is great for thickening hair, but I donít know if it would be too much to add with what I already have. Does anyone know a pre-poo mixture that I can use the ingredients mentioned above in? And can the jojoba oil be used a daily oil, I workout daily so Iím in desperate need of finding something that I can use on the hair everyday without weighing it down.

I use jojoba oil in the shower. I massage it in my scalp in between shampoo and conditioning.

Yes, you can use Jojoba oil everyday. However, I have tried Castor oil but found it way too thick and harder to rinse out of your hair. You are on the right track so happy pre-pooing!
