About a week ago, I used this avocado-mayo mixture. I kept it in for maybe 5-8 minutes, and then washed it out. Whenever I use this mixture, my hair is suddenly longer! I don't know how, but it does that!!! I then used Aphogee 2-minute reconstructor, and followed up with Doo Gro Thickening conditioner. I would usually finish off with a deep conditioning using warm olive oil, but I was being a bit lazy and just put the olive oil on my ends. I then waited till my hair was half dry and then I blow dried it. I finally oiled my hair normally. The next day, my hair was breaking off! One reason I think this happend is that the heat from the dryer was too much and I should have done that deep conditioning so I could have some oil in my hair. Another reason could be the avocado mixture. I think that mixture really stretches your hair, instead of growing your hair from the root(Like it should). IDK...PLEASE HELP Shocked Sad Shocked !!!

Shocked ewww DOO GRO... Mad

It probably was the heat. Avocados and mayonnaise are VERY good for your hair. I doubt that was the source.

I can not begin to tell you the issue with DOO GRO. Me, personally, think it's garbage. I use to use this stuff faithfully. Read the ingredients, you'll know what I mean. It contains alot of...stuff. Mad

I hate Dr. Miracle too. Their relaxer ate the side of my temples up! This was back in November! I'm still trying to grow them back. One reason why I won't show the front of my hair. It's awful.
