Okay, I know you all are thinking, if I see another egg treatment post, I am going to scream. So am I LOL

But first, I am going to post my protein treatment that I just did on my hair last night.

Before attempting this treatment, rinse the hair with warm water for 60-90 seconds, and detangle only with your fingers.

Egg and Garlic Protein Treatment

4 cloves of minced garlic
3 eggs (downsize to fit hair type and texture)
1 teaspoon of coconut oil (Nutiva), shea butter (organic), evoo (your choice of brand), and two other essential oils to fit your hair issue (one for fragrance)
2 small bowls (for garlic and eggs)
1 small microwaveable cup (6 oz will do)
An 8 oz applicator bottle or an 8 oz plastic container (if you are using yogurt as a base for a conditioner)
Whisk

Chop up the cloves of garlic into tiny pieces and place them into a small bowl.
Gather 3 [or less] eggs and crack them into a small bowl
Mix the oils in a small cup and microwave for 45-60 seconds
Gently whisk the oils in the cup
Gently whisk the eggs in a bowl (in a slow motion for a thicker consistency)
Pour the eggs into oil mixture and whisk once more
Pour this mixture into the applicator bottle or plastic container
Add the minced garlic
Allow to stand for 15 minutes
Shake before use

Apply in sections, starting at the ends, then working your way up towards the scalp. The results will leave your hair stronger, resilient to heat and styling damage, and softer then ever before.

Tip: Include 3 eggs if your hair is extremely damaged. On average, the recipe calls for 2 eggs.

GOOD LUCK!
Very Happy

This sounds great. Does it help with shedding?

YES! Adding minced garlic to your shampoos and conditioners with help prevent shedding and promote growth.

Add 3-4 drops of garlic oil to your hot oil treatment to maximize hair growth, and of course, to prevent shedding and breakage.

And it leaves the hair super soft and manageable. I suggest to not combine fragrance oils with the garlic. Just trust me on that one. Laughing
