For those who are protein-sensitive, incorporate more beans and eggs into your diet for internal digestion.

I got my eggs yesterday. I am going to do three protein treatments this month. My hair can take a lot of protein.

I am a vegeterian and trying to be vegan but I have never have been and egg eater. But I have no problem putting them in my hair. Anywayt angeeE5 is so right about beans and eggs also incorporating kale, spinach and collard greens in your diet does wonders for your hair and skin. Especially if you can eat them raw or as close to its natural state as you can get like blanching or marinating in a olive oil.

Hon you're welcome. I think the hardest part is resisting cooking them all day or using meat like our Moms and Grandmas. My Mom makes mine seperate but she uses the same all day cooking process now they taste overcooked. Once you get use to them raw or close to it you'll love them so will your body.

Pasheen I will try to start that today and see. Usually I like them softer not so hard. Sometimes a steam vegetable is a little better than eating it totally raw but I'll try. Thank so much for the tip.

You can do it and put more in your seasoning (with a little sea salt). You did say you love garlic (or was that angeeE5? I get you two confused sometimes Wink ) use the garlic and basil. A part of eating is the smell and when you put it on your plate make it look pretty like in the restaurants. Even if it is just you (remember your eyes are bigger than our stomach?) sight and smell will make you want to eat it.

Arrow is right. I soo love my garlic. In fact, I love it so much, I chopped up four cloves of it and added three eggs to my hair as of last night. I am soo glad that I did that protein treatment. My hair thanked me for it.

Then, the remaining cloves I chopped up and fried in a griddle with evoo, so I could pour the herb mixture on my pizza. It was so yummy! Very Happy
