Which one?

I use Lustrasilk because it doesn't contain any mineral oil or any other harmful stuff. I'm going to try putting stuff in it to make it better.

I have used LustraSilk, but I prefer to make my own. It was okay, but not potent. I like to see instant results.

How can I lower my cholesterol in 2 weeks? I have a cholesterol check coming up in 2 and a half weeks, and I know for a fact my cholesterol is very high. Is there a way I could significantly lower my cholesterol in 2 and a half weeks? Thanks sooo much.

Yeah, arrows right about the omega 3. The fish pills are amazing

- lowers cholesterol
- burns more fat/lose more weight than someone who doesn't take them (If taken 45 minutes before workout)
- Good heart health
- Promotes HAIR GROWTH!

Try them^^

Im currently using the Lutrasilk shea butter mango and I didn't like it at first. , but like they say FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. I used with heat the first time w/o my oils and did not like the results, but I tried it again last night ( not wanting to waste my money) w/ my oils and let sit in my hair for 1 hr, moisturized with NTM, sealed with cocnut oil and let air dry, let me tell you my hair was sooooo soft finger combing is all I had to do. I will be purchasing a new bottle when im out. Very Happy Very Happy
