You can use it for just a rinse or after shampoo / conditioning.. it works to soften dry hair. _________________ God Bless!! |

Your welcome just remember different people different things find whats best for your hair! FYI your only suppose to do a protein treatment once a month and afterwards use a moisturizing conditioner! Well girl Hope this helps _________________ BSL 2011-JUNE 2012 |

Diva I tell you that I wasn't doing that. I was using a protein treatment every 2 to 3 times a week. My hair was drier than a desert breeze. Now is when I am doing things the right way. My hair is responding better and my scalp is not itchy anymore. I tell you God protects fool. Thanks so much for the info and yes I will do it right from now on. |

I just invested in some creme of nature shampoo and detangling conditioner. The shampoo has coconut oil in it which they say is good for dry hair. I'm going to wash my hair with it today and see how it comes out. _________________

Let me know your results! If you can't wash your hair everyday then do it 2-3 times a week _________________ BSL 2011-JUNE 2012 |

I washed my hair the other night with the creme of nature. It's a great shampoo and doesn't contain any harsh sulfates. It made my hair feel so good! Anyway I air dried of course and before I wrapped it, I applied Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil moisturizer on my hair along with Baby Oil. Baby Oil makes the hair soft and really shiny. I learned about this when I was in military training when I was out in the 'field' and couldn't do anything with my hair and it got really dry! I applied it from root to ends. Then I 'cross-wrapped' my hair for the first time.
The next day my hair came out so soft and shiny. I was so happy. It was also a little wavy, because my hair waves when its wet (It curled when I was natural). So it looked really nice. Except for my hateful ends . Maybe its something yall might want to try. If you do, let me know if you do anything to enhance the outcome of it _________________

Your welcome DIVA. Thanks for the tips. Hey, I read on one of the topics you were taking some MSM tablets or something. I was eager to give my vitamins a boost. I just found out we have this Vitamin shoppe in my town XD! Yay! What are good MSM and Biotin tablets to take and that are SAFE. I know to many vitamins can damage the kidney. _________________

When I was reading about MSM and Biotin, I was reading that you should be taking 4000mcg of both for your hair, nails, and skin. It surprised me when I started taking MSM like your suppose to that you see results in your skin first then your nails and FINALLY your Hair! I take the recommended dosage of MSM but not biotin! I know I should I just don't want to spend anymore money over here in Iraq! Hey if you ever come here make sure you keep a good supply of MSM. Your face will break out from the hard water they have here and since I've been taking them my face has cleared up! _________________ BSL 2011-JUNE 2012 |

TIP for the day!
when taking the vitamins make sure you include the dosage with the Hair Vitamins! I had to sit down with the calculator and see how many MSM pills I need to take so I won't hurt my kidney's _________________ BSL 2011-JUNE 2012 |
