Crying or Very sad
I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING FOR MY DAUGHTERS HAIR AND HER ENDS CONSTANTLY BREAK. HER HAIR JUST WILL NOT GROW. I HAVE TO USE A FINE PERM ON HAIR BCUZ IT BREAKS DOWN VERY QUICKLY. SHE HAS A PRETTY GOOD GRADE OF HER BUT HER ENDS ARE ALWAYS FUZZY. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON. I AM THINKING ABOUT TRYING THE DOO GRO THICKENING LINE OF PRODUCTS TO SEE IF THIS WILL HELP. IS THERE ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE WITH THIS PROBLEM? ALSO, I NEED SOME INSIGHTS ANYONE MAY HAVE ABOUT THE DOO GRO PRODUCT LINE.

I've used the Doo Gro Stimulating Growth Oil and the Mega Thick Growth Oil. I didn't see any results. As for your daughter's dry ends, I have that problem too. BB Castor Oil Moisturizing Lotion is great for moisturizing my ends. And sealing the ends with a bit a castor oil can help also. HTH.

My hair used to break. What I do now is...

Mane N Tail poo and conditioner
Sulfur 8 (or just some sort of scalp conditioner)
Moisturizer every day
Grease ends with Grease, Petroleum Jelly, Sulfur 8, whatever. Then seal with oil.
If you can, saran wrap the ends and close it wit a rubber band or get a small baggy.

Her ends will feel AMAZING.

Don't forget to TRIM her ends and stretch relaxers as much as possible.

Don't relax the ends of the hair just the roots(biggest mistake is relaxing the ends)..Vitamins helps...Moisture and protein is great.. Don't use too many products..
Brush less, use less heat.. and always keep the hair MOISTURIZED.. Wink

Try moisturizing your ends with a water based moisturizer like Cantu, BB, or ORS Carrot Oil, then seal with an oil. Grease and Petroleum Jelly are not moisturizers. You're just sealing hair that's already sealed. I'm sure your hair feels amazing because the shaft is coated, covering any damage that you have but not really mending it.

Remember that a perm is very drying and it could make the problem worst. Make sure you deep condition and some coconut oil to keep moisture in. No hot tools drying, like blower and flat irons. At least for a month or two.
