I am out of HF at the time and cannot afford to purchase any more I asked my doctor to prescribe me some multivitamins..so I will started today.. I have 3 refills i am going to see how these work for my hair, skin, and nails..I hope to start HF at the beginning of the year. As of now, my sew in has been in since Friday and it is hoding up pretty well ..I am glad to have a protective style in my heas..lol..the only thing I can do to my scalp is oil it..I HOPE AND PRAY WHEN I TAKE IT OUT MY HAIR IS NOT THIN LIKE IT WAS LAST TIME..I SUSPECT THE THINNESS WAS DUE TO MY HAIR BEING UNHEALTHY WITH THE RELAXER.

Try using the mn or buy some biotin at the supermarket for $3 bucks. This is what I do when I'm low on funds. I hope this helps?

I think a regular ol' vitamin will be fine. Like One a Day or whatever. And like arrowwalker stated..try Biotin or even MSM. Those are both great hair vitamins.

Prenatal Vitamins are huge and hard to swallow (for me). I grew my hair just fine with-out them. A multivitamin to me is just as good.

well the cool thing is you all are in agreeance, as am I with if you cant afford HF multivitamins are a great sub because essentially they are "supplements"all in a nutshell so either way things should work out and the body is being provided with supplemental nutrients that we dont have with our food intake always. Very Happy
