Does anyone do an ACV rInse after they condition? I usually do. But for some reason I didn't tonight. I thik because I forgot to mix it ( DIstilled water and ACV soaked in herbs) before I jumped in the shower to rinse my hair. I was too tired/lazy afterwards. Anyhoo I did my usually but as I was twisting... my hair felt rough? Not sure what it was. I did a coconut milk soak first, left than on for an hour wrapped with saran wrap and topped with a skull cap. Then I shampooed with Giovanni 50:50 balanced shampoo. Then I conditioned left on for about an hour with Giovanni condition and rinsed. But I left out the ACV. I wonder if that was it......

Well, ACV does help to seal the cuticle; but you had a pretty 'moisturizing reggie anyway. Did you seal with any oil after your shampoo?

I do castor oil on my ends to seal in moisture. I was going to try coconut oil this week mainly for a change to go along with the coco butter change. I did get a compliment at H & R Block today. A lady asked if she could touch it. She said it was so pretty she wanted to touch it. Laughing

I thought the ACV rinse removes all residue and everything. Why would use use it right when you just finished putting those shampoo oils and chemicals in your hair?
