1. Make sure yu have time set aside with no interruptions. Turn off phone and ensure the kids are asleep (if yu have any) or taken care of.
2.Always use gloves to protect yur hands and wear clear plastic safety glasses to prtotect yur eyes.
3.Protect yur scalp and hairline with petroleum or relaxer base.
4.Use an egg timer for processing time.
5.Use care not to over-lap or over process yur hair. Try protecting yur processed hair with a light layer of base or conditioner.
6.Apply the relaxer with applicator brush or the back of a fine tooth comb. These tools will give yu better control of the relaxer creme and help yu smooth it in.
7. Use a quality product. Try Affirm by Avalon, Desinger Touch, Vitale, and Mizani relaxers.
8.
Shampoo atleast three times with neutralizing shampoo and rinse throughly.Yu may need to ask someone to help to ensure all of the perm is removed.

The only time I would relax my hair is every 3-6 months because I don't like having my hair burning out of control so im just going to go natural , use the hairfinity pill and use Essentious shampoo and conditioner instead of doing a whole bunch on my head...
I have to keep it simple or my hair will start falling out and breaking apart...
