Which products are the best to you when it comes to breakage? These would be the ones that you can't simply live without.

I couldn't live without Cantu Shea Butter Grow Strong because of the way I wear my natural hair. Also BB Castor Oil Moisturzing lotion is a great water based moisturizer that I love. I have really dry hair and this helps it out a lot.

I recommend making your own shea butter hairdress that contains the following oils:

Sweet almond, castor, jojoba, olive, and vitamin E.

The sweet almond and jojoba oils work together to combat breakage and split ends. The olive oil adheres to incredible shine and moisturizing your strands. The vitamin E oil provides the first aid bandage to heal your broken hair shafts.

My own recipe ! Very Happy

I have heard a lot about people garlic within their conditioner. I put red minced onion within my shampoo. Too bad I put this wonderful ingredient inside of a shampoo that is loaded with sulfates. Oh, well, you live and you learn.

My question to you, Arrowwalker is what version of garlic works best for you? Do you prefer to use cloves of garlic or garlic powder? I am about to make a trip to my local vitamin store, so I just wanted to get confirmation on what to purchase.

I am waiting on my hair vitamins as we speak.

Angee you can save some money by using the whole clove minced and add that to your conditioner for 20 minutes. You can use the powder and some stores actually sell Garlic shampoo. So they all work! If you want to buy the pills their called Garlique. Take them for 5 days and you will see results fast. Anyone of these methods that you choose you will not regret. Good luck

Thank you arrowwalker!

I will keep this in mind when I take my next trip to the Vitamin Shoppe. By the way, where can I purchase these pills, Garlique? I have never heard of this before.

I buy them at the Supermarket but you can also get them at CVS, Duane Reade or Rite aid stores. They are usually with the vitamins. They have no smell and no taste so their great to take easily.

I say all of Profectiv products in Mega Growth helps my hair because its Anti-Breakage, has a great smell and really conditions my hair .

I don't know the ingredients for those who are natural but i do know Jane Carter's products are natural and help your hair from breaking .
