I'm having a problem with shedding right now actually. I actually that than breakage but its still equally annoying. Im so lazy with the garlic. You have to apply it directly to the scalp.

products with mineral oil, pretolatumn, and lanolin are said to clog hair follicles and cause hair breakage...so avoid these two ingredients even tho they are in almost every hair spray and hair products Smile

lanolin is actually bad if your hair is straight or wavy it turns out. The curlier/kinkier your hair is, the more likely that lanolin will help your hair.

I have found that the Essentious products have really stopped by breakage and shedding problem. The coconut oil in the shine has really given my hair a lot of strenth. The garlic works best if it is raw, just grind it up and add it to the amount of conditioner that it takes you to fully condtion ur hair cover with a plastic cap and use a heating cap or bubble top hair dryer for twenty mins. I personally use a heating cap and perform washing, conditioning during a movie (when the commercials are on).

Hey,
I'm new to all this, willing to purchase the product to see if it will speed up and increase my hair growth. Will post pictures before I get started.
