i feel the same way about needing more protein.i had so many hair strands come out in the shower yesterday, kinda clumped and tangled together and in my hands,I didnt understand why this keeps happening.I finally used th Joico Kpak Deep penetrating Rec., and I finally used the split ender too....in my opinion that was quite a bit of split ends yall lol....we will see if that helped with my issue during my next wash day.

I just started using Mane and tale Detangler. I'm 11 weeks post, and it works great! I even used it on my dry hair once because I experienced tangles before my next wash day.

Im going to try to use the Joico Kpak deep rec. every week to strengthen my hair. Also I may step away from the Ors and try a cholesterol treatment.Im gonna try to research the big diff between cholesterol and reg conditioner and how often it should be used.I have Silk Elements version here.Ive gotta see what triggered this hair issue of mine....I really dont wanna believe it was the Mizani Shampoo...so this upcoming week Im gonna try the Mizani shampoo with Joico Kpak treatment and maybe some cholesterol.Oh shoot okay so I just thought of something,Ladies for any of you who have used the Kpak deep reconstructor what have u used to moisturize immediately following?I think I may have forgotten to do so....oops!!!!

id suggest using warm coconut oil exta virgin if possible....only use that and nothing else.leave it on the hair for an hour with a cap then rinse in warm water while rinsing under water try finger combing gently and use a big big toothed comb slowly....girl im sorry you are going through this.im going through a breakage situuation myself but from my ends and can't figure out why

Ace have you ever tried th baggy method? it's were you put your hair in a pony and moisturize and seal your ends then put your ponytail in a sandwichbag, anykind of plastic bag(you can use a shower cap also)for 3-4 hrs (you can also do this over night). I do this alot when my ends are dry no matter what I do and it did wonders, my ponytail was so moisturized and soft the next morning, this immediatly stopped my breakage. some ppl do a full head baggy method but sometimes it can make your hair over moisturized and feel mushy so I just do my pony. HTH! and good luck! Very Happy
