you have to set your own hair regimen... do research on YouTube and here and you can find the products that are right for you.... something that someone else uses may or may not be good for you.

Try shampoo and conditioner of best quality.You may try herbal products.But before, check whether they are suitable for your hair texture or not.If you find hair loss or any other hair problem after use of new product,stop immediately using that product.Seek any good dermatologist.
