What do you do when have excessive hair breakage now and later?

how do you mend hair back to good health?

What a good easy regimen to follow for fast hair growth?

I.E. I have very course thick hair, a perm has a short spand in my hair, and I can only take virgin, Its broken off on the ends but it seems to still be growing. Question
I'm open to any suggestions and gratefull?

When I prepoo with Queen Helene cholesterol treatment it minimizes my hair shedding and breakage. I put the QH on my dry hair, wrap a hot wet towel on my head, put on a shower cap and let it sit for 20 min. Then I wash my hair, and deep condition (with a heat cap) using a moisturizing condition for 20-30 min. It takes a little experimenting to see what your hair responds to better. Like for me, using QH as the directions indicate breaks my hair off, but using it as a prepoo doesn't. Keep a journal so you won't have to reinvent the wheel every time your hair starts looking less than healthy.

Great advice DD! I'm under the dryer pre-pooing with my Queen Helene mix now. I decided to incorporate my Ayurvedic routine into my pre-poo sessions. I mix my QH with an herbal blend that has shikakai, fenugreek, hibiscus, and amla in it. I take 3 Tbsp. of my mix, 2 BIG dollops of QH, 1-2 Tbsp. coconut oil & avocado butter, & 1-2 Tbsp of honey. Mix well & saturate my dry hair. Then its under the dryer for 15-20 minutes.

I am an expert at hair damage. If you can think of it I've done it. Now what I did was use a lot of loving care. I started with protein treatment like Mega tek. I use Triple soft conditioner and MTG for oiling the scalp. I wear my hair in a pony tail to protect it. Believe it or not it began to improve. So, now I make sure never to repeat my past mistakes. I hope this helps.

Arrowwalker,

Where can I purchase this Mega Tek treatment? Is it something that is available exclusively online or can I purchase it in stores? I am more concerned about conditioning treatments than shampoos because I know what shampoos work for me and which ones that do not.
