Hi everyone, i am new to the whole hair care thing.. Very Happy I started using hairfinity about 3 1/2 weeks ago and i have noticed that i am shedding alot more while taking these vitamins. My hair actually appears thinner. Is this a normal part of the process? Did anyone else experience this? HELP I don't want to stop taking the pill but if it is what is causing the severe shedding then i will. Thanks...

Is your hair coming out in clumps or single strans? do the strans have a root at the end? If its strans without root it might be breakage. But for shedding you can try garlic pills for black tea rinses.

I just looked and i see the bulb on the end of the strands...so i am assuming it is shedding. I am not sure if it is because of the pills but that is the only thing i have changed. What is a good conditioner to use as well. I have always used Pantene but i just recently heard that was not good for my hair.

Check the ingredients of your new conditioner for harsh products but Pantene is good. I've never had a problem with the HF vitamins but everyone's hair is different if the problem continues try taking one pill at a time and or products that treat shedding.
