SUPER CUTE!!!!!!! You may not have the long hair that you want right now, but who cares with a house like that!!!!!!! I dont like ranchers, but I would live in that one. You made a good choice.

See if you can negotiate the price. Dont haggle them, lol. but see if they will come down. Everyone will, its just a matter of how much. Do all your research. Find out what kind of problems (all houses have them) the house has. How much will it cost to fix them? There is no point in buying a house that will cost you as much as your mortgage to repair. I will post up some links to places to get you as much info as possible.

I have not bought my first home yet, but I am doing a lot of research. I dont want my money going down the drain. Homes are too expensive.
