how long it took you to reach that length? how long was your hair before you started taking the vitamins? By the way i'm taking them right now and i'm on my 2nd week, and i feel new growth already. Do you think i should stretch my relaxer/ perm to 5 months.

Hey sweetie, I just sent you a PM.

First thing first, I say stick with hairfinity vitamins, because I had a cousin over last month, she stayed maybe like a week, she had started taking some, from a bottle I purchased, within a week she has already gotten a inch of new growth, i'm not lieing to you, so now she gave me money to purchase a bottle for her.

They really help, stick with them and stick to your hair regimen, and you will see a big change.

I love the fact that they have biotin and MSM in them, so I want have to buy all these different brands of hair vitamins.

ok, i'll let you know how my progress go's, and i did a protein treatment last night, i had alot of new growth-i had to comb it out-its not as thick since i did that and i washed it also, but i had just mixed an egg with my deep conditioner and washed that out, then i washed it with my (profectiv)shampoo. I'm hoping that stops it from breaking.I put (organics) hair mayonaise on it and also a leave in conditioner(Profectiv).

What I use as a natural protein treatment is:

1.Egg 1 or 2

2.Mayo

3.Coconut Oil or Olive Oil

And I beat it up good in a bowl.

Cover my head with a plastic cap.

I do mines at least ounce a month, or when I see some breakage or shedding, because it freaks me out, lol.

I use different type moisturizers, I use Organic Root Stimulator Olive Oil, Herble Essence Long Term Relationship,Silk Ellements Silken Child, and now I use ALOT of coconut oil as a moisturizer, it leaves my hair so soft. These are the moisturizers I love using.

Oh and pure shea butter sometimes, mostly with braidouts and twistouts,or bantu knots.

Wink Hope this helps sweetie.

This new fashion will probably not be popular with those brides choosing a princess style tea length wedding dresses. However, boleros are perfect for flower girl dresses and look magnificent with strapless gowns. As the bolero acts as a complement to the prom dress, jewellery is no longer really necessary.

The benefits of vitamins amongst other is to be a fundamental building block. Vitamins are nutrients that allow chemical reactions that lead to the creation of bone, tissue and muscle. In adults vitamins maintain good health. Vitamins ensure the functioning of the nervous system, vitamins also allow the body to use calories as energy, process proteins carbs and fats.
